Educational content, not advice
Content on the Site and in our newsletter is for general education about running a business. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions for your business.
Results
Client results shared on the Site are real, but they are not typical and not a promise. Your results depend on your business, your market, your team and your execution.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, frameworks, names and designs, including the 3-3-5 Operator System, the Freedom Formula, PLAYBOOK and STRXos, belong to HD Consulting, LLC or its partners. You may share links and short quotes with credit. You may not copy, resell or republish our materials without written permission.
Third-party links
The Site links to other sites, including Substack, Impact Health Network and our assessment and booking pages. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Coaching services
Paid coaching is governed by the separate agreement you sign when you enroll. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, HD Consulting, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its content.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.
